Entrepreneurship was one of the course units covered during the period of my course at Uganda Christian University (UCU). After attending the entrepreneurship classes I began to see things differently and realized I can be more creative and innovative. I became the kind of person who continually looks out for opportunities, I don’t wait to have so much to start but rather start with whatever I have. During the lockdown while everything else seemed to have come to a standstill, I was able to start up something called crocheting; making things like baby blankets, cushions, sweaters/ warmers, baby dresses and many other things out of threads. I also started a retail shop which is continually growing by the day and currently with or without a job I can survive. All this thanks be to the entrepreneurship classes I got from Mrs Prossie Mukasa which helped to bring the best out of me.
